Baylor Law School Debunks "Tort Crisis" Myth

Baylor Law Review publishes a cogent and thought provoking study showing that the "tort reform" movement that has become popular over the last decades is now based on fact. The study discusses how the tort reform movement uses anecdotes based on falsehoods and half-truths to mislead the public into believing there is a crisis in our litigation system. The article does an admirable job shining a light on the truth of our judicial system.
