AR Supreme Court Enforces Class Action Waiver

In a case brought by an Arkansas business that sold it accounts receivable to a funding company it later sued, the trial court certified the case a sa class-action. The Arkansas Supreme Court reversed, upholding the validity of a class-action waiver clause in the funding contract.
