KNOXVILLE, Arkansas — A build-up of methane gas is believed to be behind an explosion Friday that killed thirty-three year old Daniel Rice of Clarksville, Arkansas when a tank he was working on exploded at 7:30 a.m. Friday. The explosion occurred at Quick Transports Inc. Employers are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and proper safety precautions are necessary that prevent such incidents.  It is believed Quick transports failed to have proper safety training and procedures in use at the time.
