According to COVID-19 real time data tracker, Texas is now in the leading twelve US states in COVID-19 infections, with 1309 confirmed infections. That is an increase of 154 cases (13.33%) overnight. Sixteen patients have died.
Clearly, Texas requires a state-wide Shelter in Place Order like Dallas County in order to flatten the curve before the state runs out of ICU beds.
