Texas Supreme Court requires Trucking Company Representative to Testify at Trial

In a case filed against Fedex by a man injured when his motorcycle was hit by a Fedex truck, the Texas Supreme Court ruled that he was allowed to subpoena a corporate representative to attend, and testify at, the trial of the case pursuant to Tex R. Civ. P. 176. This is in contrast to the similar rule in federal court, which does not allow such.
