Seat belt failure implicated in death of 20-year old

Two-days after Christmas, 20-year old Chelsea Larsen of Katy, TX died in a collision with an 18-wheeler when her seat belt failed resulting in her being ejected. The collision occured between Bryan and Hearne on Highway 6 December 27, 2013.
