The case involving too much anesthesia
Irma had been having pain in her wrists for some time. She had been evaluated by her surgeon who advised a carpal tunnel surgery to relieve the pain. The firm was able to achieve a settlement for Irma that was sufficient to meet her life care needs for the remainder of her life.
This case settled before trial for $1.2 million.
