Dallas COA: Doggos are Personal Property Incapable of Division in Kind
In a January 17, 2023 Memorandum Opinion involving a custody battle over a canine, the Dallas Court of Appeals ruled that dogs are personal property incapable of division in kind and attorneys fees are not recoverable in a custody battle over them.
