FMCSA out of service orders are serious business.  An Out of Service violation mans that the truck is so dangerous it cannot be moved until it is fixed.  That's right.  The truck has to remain on the side of the road until it is fixed.  One out of every three trucks on the road today is so dangerous it would not pass an inspection and would receive an out of service violation. So, when you are driving on the road every time you have passed or been passed by three trucks, you know statistically at least one of those trucks is so dangerous it should not be on the road. So, we have posted the trucks that have gotten caught in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.  If you review the list you can see how few trucks are actually caught due to manpower shortages in law enforcement.
