James Girards of the Girards Law Firm was a member of the ad hoc committee appointed for purposes of updating and amending the local rules, along with a slate of other Dallas County attorneys. The rules were amended in order to bring the local rules up to date with current technology and best practices for lawyers practicing at the Dallas County Courthouse.
