The feds recently shut-down Moonlight Express, a trucking company headquartered in North Carolina. The company was found allowing drivers without valid licenses, as well as ignoring hours of service rules and a score of other issues. The FMCSA determined the company was an imminent danger to everyone sharing the roads with this company. The order is available here.
