One person has died in a Smith County, TX trucking colision December 27, 2013.The deceased is 59-year-old Archie Lee Moore of Kanard, Texas. Moore died when an 18-wheeler pulled out in front of him as he drove his logging truck near the intersection of County Road 21 and County Road 26, just off of Highway 31.
