This is a video from a case GLF pursued as a result of Cardiac Tamponade from PCI resulting in death due to failure to diagnose and treat the complication. If you watch carefully at the right side of the cine videos you can see a plume of dye escaping from a coronary artery that was perforated by the guidewire.
